Outwood Common.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for inclosing Part of the Common of Outwood, was committed, be revived; and do meet this Afternoon.

Ordered, That Sir Wm. Killigrew have Leave to bring in a Bill on Wednesday next.

A Bill for providing Utensils for the speedy Quenching of Fire, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Poll Bill.

The House then resumed the Debate of the King's Supply; and in particular, Whether Honours shall be assessed by the Poll Bill.

Resolved, &c. That Honours and Titles shall be charged in this Poll Bill.

The Question being put, That Honours and Dignities shall be rated, as they were in the last Poll Bill;

It passed in the Negative.

The Question being put, That Honours and Dignities be assessed at a Moiety of what they were in the last Poll Bill;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

The Question being propounded, That, where the Estate doth exceed the Dignity, Persons shall be rated a Moiety of what they were in the last Poll Bill;

The Question being put, That this Question be now put;

It passed in the Negative.

Resolved, &c. That a Gentleman shall be taxed Twenty Shilliings in the Poll Bill for his Dignity.
