Prayers.

Defaulters at Call of the House.

ORDERED, That the Names of the Members who made Default in appearing when the House was Called, be called over on Saturday next.

Bodvile's Estate.

The House then proceeded in the Hearing of the Cause between Mr. Roberts and others, against Mr. Wyn and others, upon the Bill depending in this House, for setting aside a pretended Will, and settling the Estate, of John Bodvile Esquire, deceased.

And the Case, on the Behalf of Mr. Wyn, being stated, and opened, by Mr. Serjeant Holloway, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Winington; several Witnesses were examined at the Bar; and cross-examined.

And the Notes taken by Mr. Pollard from Mr. Bodvile, as he affirmed, for Instructions to make his last Will, dated the Twentieth of December 1662, were read; as also the Deposition of Mr. Toll, deceased; and the Will, dated the Twentieth of December, 1662.-

King appoints to be attended.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Child and Sir Moundeford Brampston;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have commanded us to acquaint you, That his Majesty hath appointed Three of the Clock this Afternoon for the Committees of both Houses to attend him at Whitehall.-

Bodvile's Estate.

The House then proceeded in the further Hearing of the Cause between Mr. Robarts and Mr. Wynn.

And several other Witnesses being examined; and the Depositions of some Witnesses read; as also several Letters and Notes of Bodvile; and Counsel on both Sides having been fully heard;

Resolved, That the Debate of the Cause between Mr. Robarts and Mr. Wynn be adjourned, and taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees which were to sit this Afternoon, be adjourned till To-morrow, Two of the Clock, Afternoon; except the Committee for Grievances; which is adjourned till Friday, Two of the Clock, Afternoon.
