Prayers.
TILLEMAN Rosterman did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to his being naturalized.
Rosterman's Nat.
Ordered, That the Name of the said Tilleman Rosterman be inserted into the Bill for Naturalization.
Malverne Chace.
Sir Francis Goodrick reports from the Committee to which the Bill for the Disafforestation of Malverne Chace was committed, That the Committee had made some Amendments to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table. And the Amendments, being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed to.
Resolved, &c. That the said Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.
Cottington's Estate.
Mr. Crouch reports from the Committee to which the Bill to enable Francis Cottington, or Charles Cottington, to sell or dispose of Lands in Jointure for any Wife or Wives that they shall take in Marriage, was re-committed, to hear the Claim of Mr. Clutterbrooke: That the Committee had accordingly met, and heard Mr. Clutterbrooke: And that, by his Consent, and without Opposition of any other Person concerned, the Bill was agreed, without any Alteration or Amendment:
And . . delivered the Bill in at the Clerk's Table.
Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be ingrossed.
Kyte's Estate.
Sir Charles Harbord reports from the Committee to which the Bill to enable Sir Wm. Kyte to lett Leases of Lands, to raise Money to pay Debts, That the Committee had made some Amendments to the Bill, by inserting the Names of Trustees in the blank Places of the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the Amendments, being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Calfe's Charities.
Sir William Lewis reports from the Committee to which the Bill for settling the charitable Use of Abraham Calfe Clerk, was committed, some Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the Amendments being twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to;
Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.
Damage Cleere.
Sir Geo. Ryve reports from the Committee to which the Bill for the taking away Damage Cleere was committed, That the Committee had agreed some Amendments to be made, and a Cause to be added, instead of the latter Part of the Bill: Which he read, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the Amendments, being twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed to.
The Clause to be added to the Bill was read:

State of Trade.
Mr. Clifford reports from the Committee for the Advance and improvement of Trade, That they had met several times; and taken much Pains in considering of Expedients for the Advance of Trade; and had agreed upon a Vote to be reported to the House; and did open the several Reasons which did induce the Committee to pass the Vote: And then read the Vote in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the Vote, being read, was as followeth; viz.
Resolved, &c. That it be reported to the House, as the Opinion of the Committee, That, for the Increase of Trade, the House would admit of a Bill for the Naturalization of all Foreigners that shall take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy; except Jews.
The House having entered upon the Debate of this Vote; and finding the same of Weight;
Resolved, That the further Debate of the Vote of the Committee for Advance of Trade be adjourned till Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Thomas Bennett and Sir Wm. Child;
Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act for the Sale of the Manor of Ingoldesby, and divers Lands in Ingoldesby in the County of Lincolne, for raising Portions for the Two Daughters and Coheirs of Sir Wm. Armin the younger, Baronet deceased: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House. And they have also commanded us to acquaint you, That they have concurred with this House in the Bill, intituled, An Act for vacating certain Deeds made by Sir John Packington Baronet to Christopher Henn, and others.
Partition of Lands.
Ordered, That these Members following be added to the Committee to whom the Bill for Partition of Lands is committed; viz. Sir Cha. Harbord, Mr. Vivian, Mr. Roscarrack, Colonel Tho. Robinson, Mr. Rashley, Sir Chichester Wray, Colonel Trelawney, Mr. Trelawney, Mr. Spry, Mr. Hearle.
