A BILL for providing Habitation for the harbourless and distressed Citizens, was tendered; and read.

Resolved, &c. That a Committee be appointed to consider of and prepare Proposals, to be tendered to the House, for Relief of the City of London.
And that it be referred to Mr. Pryn, Mr. Hen. Coventry, Sir Wm. Lewis, Sir Solom. Swale, Mr. Spencer, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir John Brampston, Sir Thom. Allen, Sir Wm. Batten, Lord Ancram, Sir Richard Ford, Sir John Denham, Mr. Osborne, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Mountague, Sir Richard Oatley, Sir Lanc. Lake, Dr. Arras, Sir Abraham Cullen, Sir Thom.
