COLONEL Shapcott reports, Amendments to the Bill to enable Sir John Brooks alias Cobham to levy a Fine upon his Lands: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto; and, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Purveyance.

Colonel Mathewes reports, Amendments to the Bill for taking off Purveyance, and Composition for Purveyance: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.

Resolved, That the Word "Felons" be inserted in the last Blank of the Bill.

And the said Bill, so amended, was, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Petitions.

Ordered, That the Petition of John Harvey be read in Order, after the Five Petitions formerly appointed.

Ordered, That the Petition of Charles Earl of Derby be read in Course, on the Day appointed for Petitions.

A Bill for the Provision and better Maintenance of the Ministers in the Town of Northampton was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Ordered, That it be referred to the same Committee, to bring in such Names for Trustees, as they shall think fit.

Ordered, That the Petition of Henry Lyle, and the Bill concerning Hospitals, be read To-morrow Morning.
