Fens in Lincolnshire.

ORDERED, That the Bill touching the Fens in Lincolnshire be read on Wednesday Morning next.

Hamshire Drainage.

Ordered, That the Bill for draining Lands in Hamshire be read on Wednesday Morning next.

Tauturier's, &c. Nat.

A Bill for Naturalizing of Florentine Tauturier, Mathew Boucherett, Wm. Leonard, Robert Leonard and Mary Leonard, William Northey, Mary Russell, Peter Vasham, Thomas Whitstone, Katherine Whitestone and Levina Whitstone, Frederick Losse, Andrew Wanley, Valentine Wanley, David Collivaux, Philip Jago alias Jegou, Thomas Mitchell, John George Sedowsky alias Sedascue, Claudius Gilbert, Frederick Shloer, Harman Barnes, Lodowick de Bourgougne alias Lambermont, and Theodore Hoffe, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.

Ordered, That his Highness the Lord Protector's Consent be desired to this Bill.

Manner of Addresses, &c.

The Lord Commissioner Whitelock reports, from the Committee appointed to attend his Highness with the Votes of the Parliament touching the Manner of Addresses, and Passing of Bills, That they have attended his Highness with the Votes of the First and Fourteenth of October, touching the said Addresses, and Manner of passing of Bills; and that his Highness doth consent thereunto: Only there is the Word "indorsed," where it should be "entered."

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Word "indorsed" be put out; and the Word "entered" made in the room thereof.

And the Book was so amended at the Table.

Whitston's Nat.

There being in the Bill which passed this Day, for naturalizing several Persons, a Blank left for the Christian Name of one Whitston and his Wife; the Bill being upon the Table; it was moved, the same might be filled up with these Words, "Richard and Catherine his Wife," in the Tenth Line of the First Press of the ingrossed Bill: Which, upon the Question, was inserted.

And the Bill, so amended, was, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be presented to his Highness for his Consent.

Court of Wards.

Mr. Robinson reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for taking away the Court of Wards was committed, Amendments to the said Bill: Which were twice read: And the Three first Amendments, being put, one by one, were, upon the Question, agreed.

The last Amendment being read;

Resolved, That in this Clause, instead of the Words, "double Rents shall," these Words be inserted; viz. "where any Relief, or Double, Ancient, Yearly Rent upon the Death of an Ancestor, was, in such Cases, formerly due and payable, a Double, Ancient, Yearly Rent only, in lieu thereof, shall now:" And the said Clause, so amended, was agreed: And all the Amendments, so amended, were passed: And the Bill, so amended, ordered to be ingrossed.

Leadenhall Market.

The humble Petition of the Lord Mayor and Court of Aldermen of the City of London was read; together with the humble Petition of divers Tanners using Leadenhall Market, on Behalf of themselves, and divers others using the said Market.

Major-General Goff presents a Petition, intituled, The humble Petition of divers Tanners that frequent the Market at Leadenhall in London, and other well-affected Persons.

Ordered, That Alderman Foote do bring in a Bill to change the Market at Leadenhall from Monday to Tuesday.

Sequestered Vicarages.

Ordered, That the Amendments to the Bill for settling Ministers in sequestered Vicarages be reported on Monday Morning next.

Fish Trade.

Ordered, That the Bill for Transporting of Fish be read To-morrow Morning, the first Business.

Laying Actions.

Ordered, That the Bill for Tryals, and Laying of Actions, in their proper Counties, be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Bibles falsely printed.

Ordered, That the Report from the Grand Committee for Religion, touching the false Printing of the Bibles, be made on Saturday Morning next.
