Fothergill's Arrears.

THE humble Petition of Colonel John Fothergill was this Day read.

Ordered, by the Parliament, That it be referred to the Committee for stating Accompts at Worcester-House, and that they be authorized and required to state the Accompts of Colonel John Fothergill, for his Arrears, and to give him Debentures for the same, according to the Rules prescribed to the Officers of the Army; and that the Trustees for Sale of the Lands of the late King, Queen, and Prince, be authorized and required to give him Bond thereupon.

Lloyd's Estate.

A Bill for settling of Charles Lloyd, of London, Esquire, in his Lands in Ireland, in Lieu of other Lands fallen to him by Lot, as an Adventurer, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Sir Rich. Onsloe, Mr. Waller, Mr. Disbrow, Major-General Whalley, Alderman Foote, General Disbrow, Colonel Jones, Sir Christofer Pack, Mr. Bampfield, Lord Commissioner Whitelock, Colonel Zanchy, Major Beake, Major Owen, Mr. Fowell, Mr. Bond, Major Burton, Sir Theophilus Jones, Major Aston, Colonel Lilborne, Colonel Cooper, Mr. Burton, Colonel Carter, Alderman Tigh, Colonel John Jones, Mr. Godfrey, Mr. Downing, Colonel Wood, Major Audley, Major Morgan: To meet To-morrow, at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the DuchyCourt.

Lands in Ireland.

Lord Broghill reports from the Committee, to whom the Matter touching Lands, given to several Persons in Ireland, was referred, the Opinion of that Committee; viz.

That the Orders of Parliament, or either House of the Parliament, begun at Westminster, the Third Day of November 1640, for the granting or setting-forth Lands upon Oath, to Sir Charles Coote, Lieutenant-General Michaell Jones, Sir John Reynolds, Colonel Jerome Sankey, Sir George Aiscue, Dr. Henry Jones, the Relict of Sir Symon Harecourt, and the Relict of Colonel Benjamin Blundell, shall be and are hereby declared to stand in Force, to all Intents and Purposes.

Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Orders of Parliament, or either House of the Parliament begun at Westminster the Third of November 1640, for the granting or setting-forth Land upon Oath, to Sir Charles Coote, Lieutenant-General Michaell Jones, Sir John Reynolds, Colonel Hierome Sanchy, Sir George Aiscue, Dr. Henry Jones, the Relict of Sir Symon Harecourt; and the Relict of Colonel Benjamin Blundell, shall be, and are hereby declared to stand in Force, to all Intents and Purposes.

Grant to Dr. Owen.

Ordered, That a Bill be brought in, to settle Lands of Inheritance, of the clear yearly Value of One hundred Pounds per Annum, in Ireland, on John Owen, Doctor of Divinity, and his Heirs, in lieu of Lands of One hundred Pounds per Annum, formerly granted unto him in England by the Parliament: And Colonel Jones is desired to bring in a Bill, accordingly.

Levant Company.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Business of the Turkey Company, and Sir Sackvile Crow, was referred, do make their Report by this Day Fortnight; and that all Proceedings at Law by the said Sir Sackvile Crow, against the said Turkey Company, or any particular Member thereof, touching the said Business, be stayed in the mean time.

Protector attended.

Colonel Jones reports, That the Committee appointed to attend his Highness Yesterday in the Afternoon . . . .: Who appointed the Committee to attend him at Ten a Clock this Day.

Lands in Ireland.

Ordered, That the Resolution made upon the Report made by the Lord Broghill, be Part of the Business to be presented to his Highness, by the Committee appointed to attend his Highness.

Adjournment.

The Question being put, That the House be adjourned till Monday Morning next;
