Privilege.
WHEREAS it was informed, That Mr. Clement Throckmorton was arrested, at the Suit of John Jones, where it was at the Suit of John James, and the Orders thereby mistaken;
Ordered, That the said Mistake be amended, in the Orders made Yesterday.
Masham's Estate.
A Bill for raising Portions, and making Provision for the younger Children of Wm. Masham Esquire, deceased, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Bond, Mr. Robinson, Mr. Hoskins, Sir Wm. Roberts, Lord Strickland, Lord Commissioner Whitelock, Mr. Bampfeild, Colonel Cock, Mr. Crook, Colonel Bingham, Mr. Moody, Mr. Downing, Colonel Fitz-James, Colonel Rous: And are to meet Tomorrow in the Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Inner Court of Wards.
Newport's &c. Nat.
An Act for the Naturalizing Adriana Newport, and others, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the same Committee to whom the former Bills for Naturalization were committed: And are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of the Clock.
Ordered, That Mr. Robinson, Captain Halsey, and Lieutenant-Colonel Brett, be added to the Committee for Naturalization.
Trade.
Ordered, That the Committee for Trade shall have Power to send for Persons, Papers, Records.

A Bill for Probate of Wills, and granting Administrations, in the County of York, and other the Counties and Places therein named, was this Day read the First time.

Repairing House.
Resolved, That the Serjeant at Arms do take Care, that the Parliament-House be repaired, where it is necessary; and that some be appointed to view the Place over Head, and see what is necessary to be done as to the Removing the Records.
