ORDERED, That immediatly after that Mr. Sandis has made his Report, that the Ordinance concerning the Payment of divers late Officers of the Armies, be read.

Ordered, That Mr. Blakiston do give a more particular Account on Saturday next.
Sir J. Corbett.
Ordered, That Sir John Corbett do give Satisfaction, concerning the Benefit of a Mortgage given him by Ordinance of Parliament.
Grant to Gen. Cromwell.
Resolved, That Mr. Samuell Browne, Mr. Solicitor, and Mr. Lisle, do prepare and bring in an Ordinance, for settling those Lands in Hantshire of the Marquis of Winton, formerly granted unto Lieutenant General Cromwell, by Order of this House, upon him accordingly.
Suffering Members.
Ordered, That, on Monday next come-sevennight peremptorily, the first Business, Mr. Recorder do make the Reports of the whole Business concerning the Members of the Parliament in tertio Caroli, and others, that suffered for their good Affections, then and after expressed, to the Liberties of the Kingdom: And that no other Business do intervene: And that Mr. Speaker do put the House in mind hereof.

Ordered, That Sir Samuell Luke's Certificate, from the Committee of Accounts, be taken into Consideration on Saturday Morning next.

Ordered, That, on Monday next shall be a Fortnight, Mr. Sandis do proceed with the Report in his Hands, the first Business: And that no other Business do then intervene: And that every Member of the House do deliver an Account to the Committee for this Business, under his Hand, What such Member hath received, or is to receive, by way of Grant or Sequestration, from the Parliament: And that the Committee do meet in the mean time to receive them.

Resolved, &c. That Sir Wm. Armyn, upon his own Desire, be excused from going to Newcastle, to receive the Person of the King; in regard of the great Indisposition he hath lately been in, and still lies upon him.
The Question was propounded, Whether Sir James Harrington shall be appointed to go to Newcastle, to receive the Person of the King:
And the Question being put, Whether this Question shall be now put;

So that the Question passed with the Affirmative.
Resolved, &c. That Mr. Marshall and Mr. Carill be desired to go with the Committees appointed to go to Newcastle to receive the King's Person.
Resolved, &c. That the Hostages that are to be given by the Kingdom of England to the Kingdom of Scotland, in pursuance of the late Articles, shall have their Charges defrayed by the Publick.
Resolved, &c. That Five-and-twenty hundred Pounds be advanced to the Committee of Lords and Commons, appointed to go to Newcastle to receive the Person of the King, upon Account, towards the desraying the Charge and Expences of the said Committee in that Service; and likewise of the Ministers desired to go with them: And that this Five-and-twenty hundred Pounds be charged upon the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall: And that the said Committee do advance and pay the said Sum of Five-and-twenty hundred Pounds to the said Committees, or their Assignee, sufficiently by them authorized: And an Acquittance, under the Hand of the said Committees or their Assignee, shall be a sufficient Warrant and Discharge to the Committee, and their Treasurers, for the Payment of the said Sum of Five-and-twenty hundred Pounds, accordingly.
Levant Company.
The humble Petition of the Governor and Company of Merchants trading the Levant Seas, was this Day read: And
It is thereupon Ordered, That it be referred to the Commissioners of the Customs, if they shall see Cause, to grant Bills of Sufferance to the Governor and Company of Merchants trading the Levant Seas; the said Bills to be on Force for and during the Space of One Month only, from the time of the Granting of any such Bill; for the Taking up and Landing of such Currans as belong to the said Company; they first giving Caution to the said Commissioners of the Customs to satisfy all such Duties for the same, as, after the View thereof, shall be reasonable and fit to be paid.
Articles against Harris, &c.
Articles against James Harris, Vintner, living in Lambeth, at the Sign of the Three Squirrels, were this Day presented to the House: And
It is Ordered, That it be referred to the Three next adjoining Justices of Peace, of the County of Surrey, to examine the whole Business of the said Articles; and to bind the Party and Witnesses over to answer the Particulars of the said Articles in the King's Bench, if they shall see Cause.
