Wool Trade.
1a vice lecta, est Billa, AN Act for the farther preventing of Abuses in Winding of Wool, and the undue Engrossing of Wool, within the Realm of England.
Continuance and Repeal of Statutes.
This House does desire, that all the Lawyers of the House do take into Consideration the Bill for Continuance and Repeal of Satutes, to prepare it, and present it to the House; and the Care of it is especially recommended unto Mr. Selden.
Mr. Young, and Mr. Upton, are joined to this Committee of Lawyers.
Gascoigne's Petition.
Ordered, That the Petition of John Gascoigne, Esquire, be referred to the Committee for the Queen's Bill; and that Committee has Power to receive and consider of all Petitions of the like Nature.
Members to be examined by Lords.
Ordered, That Sir Jo. Hotham, Sir Geo. Wentworth, Sir Arthur Ingram, Mr. Henry Darley, Mr. Michaell Wharton, all Members of this House, shall have Leave to be examined, as Witnesses, in a Cause in the Lords House, that concerns Sir Jo. Bourchier Knight.
Postmasters.
Ordered, That the Committee for Post-masters shall have Power to receive and consider of all Petitions, that any way concern the Complaints expressed in the former Order concerning Post-masters.

Resolved, upon the Question, That no Petition, nor any new Matter, shall be received into the House this Fortnight; and that all the Chairmen of all the several Committees shall have Power to receive all such Petitions, as shall be proper for their particular Committees.

Upon Mr. Maynard's Report from the Committee for Privileges, of the Case of the Election for New Sarum;

Treaty with Scotland.
A Message from the Lords, by the Master of the Rolls and the King's Attorney;
The Lords desire a free Conference, by a Committee of both Houses, in the Painted Chamber, presently, if it may stand with the Conveniency of this House; touching the Paper delivered to this House, concerning the Garisons of Barwick and Carlell; and touching the Conclusion of the Eighth Article.
Answer returned, by the same Messengers; This House has taken their Lordships Message into Consideration; and will give a Meeting presently, as is desired.
Providing Money.
Ordered, That the House, so soon as the Conference shall be ended, shall repair hither again; and resume the Consideration of providing Monies for the present Occasions.
