Satisfaction to Bastwick.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Archbishop of Cant', and all those that voted against Doctor Bastwick in the Star-chamber, shall make Satisfaction unto Doctor Bastwick, for his Damages sustained by that Sentence.

Reparation for illegal Judgements.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee for the Jurisdiction of the Star-chamber to prepare a Bill, and to present it to this House; and therein to consider, how far the Heirs and Executors of such as are, or have been, in judicial or ministerial Places, since 9° Car. or shall be hereafter, that have or shall do Wrong to the Commonwealth by Extortion, Oppression, or Injustice, shall be liable to make Reparations to the Parties grieved.

High Commission Court.

The Committee for the Jurisdiction of the High Commission Court, are desired to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Star-chamber.
