Committees &c.

ORDERED, That all Committees be revived, to sit To-morrow in the Afternoon; and that Sir LevisDive's Committee meet To-morrow at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the Court of Requests: And the several Petitions concerning the Sheriff, Mr. Griffith, and Mr.Thomas, referred to that Committee.

Disbanding the Army, &c.

Sir Jo. Hotham presents, from the Committee for the King's Army, some Considerations concerning the Inconveniencies and great Expences of both Armies, and the Disbanding of them.

Ordered, That this Report, now made from the Committee for the King's Army, be taken into Consideration next after the Reading of the Subsidy Bill.

Deans and Chapters.

Ordered, That the Business concerning Deans and Chapters be considered of on Monday next; and that those Divines, that petitioned to be heard on their Be half, be then heard.

Star-chamber.

2da vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Reforming of the unlawful Proceedings of the Privy Council, and Court commonly called the Star-chamber; upon Question, committed unto the Committee for the Star-chamber: And are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Exchequer-court.

Bishops Secular Affairs.

2da vice lecta est Billa, An Act to restrain Bishops, and others in Holy Orders, from intermeddling with secular Affairs; upon Question, committed unto the Committee for the Act to disable Clergymen to exercise any Temporal or Lay Office or Commission.
