Strode's, &c. Nat.
MR. Strode, and those others mentioned in the Bill of their Naturalization, this Day took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy.
Lands in Fulham.
2da vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Alteration of the Estate and Tenure of some Lands within the Parish of Fulham in the County of Middlesex, &c.; upon Question committed unto the Committee for the Marquis of Winchester's Bill.
Court of York.
Ordered, That the Committee for the Jurisdiction of the Court of Yorke do meet on Friday next, notwithstanding an Order made by that Committee, for the Granting of farther Time.
Earl of Straford's Trial.
Ordered, That Mr. Pimme shall make Report of Three especial Cases, that concern the Earl of Straford's Business on Friday Morning next.
Navy Supply.
Ordered, That the House be presently resolved into a Grand Committee, to treat of providing present Monies, for setting forth so many Ships as shall be necessary for the Guard of the Seas and Defence of the Kingdom.
Disbanding Irish Army, &c.
Mr. Nath. Fines went up to the Lords, according to Yesterday's Order, to desire a free Conference, concerning the Matter of the last free Conference, touching the Disbanding of the Irish Army, &c.
He brings Answer, that the Lords will give a present Meeting, as is desired.
Navy Supply.
According to the former Order,

Mr. Prideaux was called to the Chair.
Mr. Speaker reassumes the Chair.
Marquis of Winton's Estate.
Mr. Capell reports the Bill for enabling the Marquis of Winton to make Leases for Twenty-one Years, of Lands in the County of Southampton, &c. fit to pass, as it came from the Lords, without any Alterations or Amendments.
Affairs of both Kingdoms.
A Message from the Lords, by Serjeant Ayloffe and Sir Robert Riche;
The Lords desire a present Conference, by a Committee of both Houses, concerning the Affairs of both Kingdoms.
Navy.
Ordered, That the Business of the Navy be resumed, after the Conference is ended.
Conference.
Answer returned by the same Messengers;
That this House has considered of their Lordships Message; and will give a present Meeting, as is desired.
Mr. Treasurer, Ld. Digby, Sir Jo. Strangewayes, Mr. Nath. Fines, Sir Jo. Culpeper, Sir Walth. Erle, are appointed Reporters of this Conference.
Persons sent for.
Ordered, That James Bowden, Waldron Lodovick, Abraham De Vellons, John Biles, Peter Nephew, John Nephew, John Perrott, and Edw. Ranger, be forthwith sent for, by a Warrant under Mr. Speaker's Hand, to answer such Matters as shall be objected, and to give their Testimony in such Matters as they shall be required.
Conference.
Lord Digby presents, from the Conference with the Lords, a Paper of great Consequence; which was read.
