Frere's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of Henry Frere, an Infant, to raise Money for Inning and Recovering other Parts thereof now under Water; and for Payment of Debts charged thereupon; was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Colonel Perry, Sir Fra. Guibon, Colonel Lee, Mr. Cooke, Sir John Key, Mr. Fuller, Mr. Slater, Mr. Dolben, Mr. Brewer, Sir Robert Davers, Lord Pawlet, Mr. Freke, Mr. Hutchinson, Sir Jos. Herne, Mr. Bedingfield, Sir John Fagg, Sir Cha. Wyndham, Mr. White, Mr. England, Mr. Waller, Mr. Pollexfen, Mr. Christy, Mr. Pigot, Mr. Lutterell, Mr. Cook, Mr. Bower, Sir Robert Cotton, Sir John Bolls; and all the Members that serve for the County of Kent: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Four a Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Bankrupts Estates.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill for better Discovery, and more equal Distribution, of Bankrupts Estates, be read the Third time, upon Thursday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock.

Vexatious Suits.

Mr. Harcourt, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for Amendment of the Laws, in Taxing of Costs, and Preventing of Suits for involuntary Trespasses: And the same was received.

Exporting Iron, Copper, &c.

A Bill for the Exportation of Iron, Copper, and BellMetal, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed, upon the Debate of the House, to Mr. Boscawen, Sir William Honywood, Sir Robert Davers, Mr. Hutchinson, Sir Hen. Goodrick, Lord Coningsby, Mr. Nicholas, Sir Tho. Haslerig, Mr. Cooke, Mr. Norries, Mr. Thornhaugh, Lord Pawlet, Sir Joseph Herne, Mr. How, Mr. Christy, Mr. Musgrave, Mr. Goldwell, Mr. Kendall, Sir John Fagg, Mr. Pigott, Mr. Hungerford, Mr. White, Mr. Lutterell, Sir Tho. Vernon, Mr. England, Doctor Barbon, Sir Edward Chisnall, Sir John Parsons, Mr. Waller, Mr. Hedger, Mr. Arnold, Mr. Slater, Sir Tho. Importing Saltpetre.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the Importation of Saltpetre.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Sir Hen. Goodrick took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Henry Goodrick reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill, and made several Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report, when the House would please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made upon Saturday Morning next.

Irish Forfeitures.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for vesting the forfeited Estates in Ireland in their Majesties, to be applied to the Use of the War.

Protestants Nat.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Saturday Morning next, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the Naturalization of such Protestants as shall take the Oaths to their Majesties, and the Test against Popery.

Arundell Election.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee of Elections and Privileges, touching the Election for the Borough of Arundell, be made upon Thursday Morning next.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine a Clock.
