Printing the Votes.

ORDERED, That Mr. Colt have Leave, on Saturday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock, to move the House, that the Votes may be printed.

Marches Court in Wales.

Ordered, That the Bill for taking away the Court held before the President and Council of the Marches of Wales, be read a Second time To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock.

Call of the House.

Ordered, That this House be called over on Saturday next come Sevennight.

Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy.

A Bill for altering the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning.

Repealing Act for governing Corporations.

A Bill for repealing the Act for governing Corporations, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning.

Supply Bill; granting a present Aid.

The Order, for the House to resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Bill for granting a present Aid to his Majesty, was read.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Hamden took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Suspending Habeas Corpus.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Robert Atkins and Sir Edward Nevill;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill they lately received from you, intituled, An Act for impowering his Majesty to apprehend and detain such Persons as he shall find just Cause to suspect are conspiring against the Government, with an Amendment thereunto: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

The Messengers withdrew.

The Amendment was read; and is as followeth:

Press the 1st. 1. 6. fill up the Blank with these Words, "the Lords Spiritual and Temporal."

The said Amendment was twice more read.

Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

Ordered, That Sir Tho. Littleton do go up to the Lords, and acquaint them with the Concurrence of this House, in the said Amendment.

Resolved, That Sir Thomas Littleton do carry up the said Bill with him, with the said Message.

Removing Papists.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Dolben and Sir Edward Nevill.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, which has passed their House, intituled, An Act for the Removing of Papists, and reputed Papists, from the City of London, and Westminster, and Ten Miles distance from the same: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

And then the Messengers withdrew.

The said Bill was read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be read a Second time To-morrow Morning.

Supply Bill; granting a present Aid.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Hamden took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Hamden reports from the Committee of the whole House, That they had made a further Progress in the Bill for granting a present Aid to his Majesty; and that, they had directed him to move the House, That the House would, To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further thereupon.

Resolved, That this House will, To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for granting a present Aid to his Majesty.

Graham and Burton's Accounts.

Ordered, That the Committee, to whom it was referred to examine the Cases of Mr. Graham and Mr. Burton, and the other Prisoners in the Tower, Newgate, and the Gatehouse; and to prepare Accusations, as they should find Occasion; have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Warrant for apprehending a person to be named.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do grant his Warrant to the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, to apprehend a Person, to be to him nominated by the Chairman of the Committee, to whom it was referred to examine the whole Matter of Fact touching the Bailing of Mr. Brent, who was committed for High Treason; and particularly to examine Sir James Smith touching the same; for such Person's Breach of Privilege of this House, in refusing to attend the said Committee, touching the Matters aforesaid.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
