Conference deferred.

Sir John Crook and Mr. D. Stanhope bring a Message from the Lords : That the Lords have entered into Consideration of those Points, delivered by the Gentlemen of this House : - So many, and so weighty, that they have been not yet reported. They have been induced to move for a longer Time for the Conference, this being the Day of Conference. They could have inclined, that Friday should have been the Day, but that Day they are to attend about great Service (Subsidy) therefore they desire it upon Saturday.

Agreed, Saturday for the Conference; and the Calling of the House put off till Monday. -

Mr. Prowse, - against the Bill of Inmates ; and desireth that the City will be Suitors to the King, that the Term may be kept in the West Country; and then they take Discommodities with it.

Upon the Question for the Commitment, the House divided. The Yea, being gone out, came in again, and yielded, being much different in Number.

The Bill, upon the Question, rejected.
