Nov. 1. Same to the Clerk of the Pipe for a lease to Jane Collins, widow, of parcel of the lands and tenements of her late husband, Daniell Collins, late of the parish of Hillingdon, co. Midd., outlawed at the suit of the late King: to hold during the outlawry at the rent of 3s. 2d. per an. and fine of 6s. 4d. and all other rents and services hitherto payable thereout to the Crown. Warrants not Relating to Money XII, pp. 375–6.
Prefixing: (a) particular and memorandum, dated Aug. 14 last, of the premises; a messuage in Bullock Lane in Maidstone parish, co. Kent, in the tenure of Edward Barret; a messuage ibid. in the tenure of Thomas Doninge; a messuage in the parish of Boxley, co. Kent, in the tenure of John Hartridge; another messuage ibid., the total value being 19l. per an. . all as found by inquisition taken 1686, Oct. 8, before Sir William Rooke, kt., then sheriff of Middlesex, by the oath of Robert Brook et al. jurors.
