of Cha. Leighton shewing that he received his salary of 50l. per an.,
as accomptant to the late Commissioners of Glass Duties, until
Nov. 1700 but thereafter he received only 60l. for 2 years service
in making up the accounts after the Duties determined : therefore
praying payment at the same [50l. per an. salary] rate. Reference

Same to the Surveyor General of Crown Lands of the
petition of the inhabitants of Englishcombe shewing that on Feb. 20
last the tower and steeple with 5 bells therein of their parish church
fell to the ground and beat down the greatest part of their Church :
therefore praying (in regard the petitioners are all of them tenants
belonging to the Queen's manor of Englishcombe) the Queen's
