To John Monypeny, M.A. Collation and provision to him, a priest, by both parents of noble and baronial race, a kinsman of James, king of Scotland and nephew of William, great marshall of the realm of Scotland, of the rectory of the parish church of Culase in the diocese of St. Andrews, value not exceeding 15l. sterling, void at the apostolic see, and therefore reserved, by the death there of James de Camera; whether it be void thus, or by the resignation of the said James de Camera, or in any other way; notwithstanding that he holds a canonry and prebend of Brechin, and that the pope recently granted him provision of the perpetual vicarage of Obyn in the diocese of Aberdeen, value not exceeding 6l. and 14l. sterling respectively. As soon as he obtains Culase he is, as he has offered, to give up the said grant. Nobilitas generis, litterarum etc.

To William Wicarde. Collation and provision to him, a priest (lately dispensed by papal authority, as the son of unmarried parents, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold any compatible benefices of any number and kind, with and without cure, and to resign them, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleased), of the vicarage of Conway in the diocese of Moray, value not exceeding 7l. sterling, void at the apostolic see, and therefore reserved, by the death there of James de Fores; whether it be void thus, or by the deprivation of Donald Sorylson by authority of the ordinary, or void in any other way; notwithstanding that he holds a canonry of Ross and the prebend of Kylteyrn therein, value not exceeding 16l. sterling. To the abbot of St. John the Evangelist's, Tuam, and the archdeacon and Peter Ocormacayn, a canon, of Tuam. Mandate (the pope having been informed by William Russel, a canon of Tuam, that lately John Bremichyam, priest, of the diocese of Tuam, procured by a money payment his presentation by the lay patron and his institution to the perpetual vicarage of Dunmor in the said diocese, on its voidance by the death of John Stoch, and under pretext thereof obtained possession and has detained it for about three years, thereby incurring the guilt of simony) if William will accuse John before them etc. as usual, to summon John etc., and if they find the above to be true, to deprive John, and in that event to collate and assign the said vicarage, value not exceeding 8 marks sterling, to William; whether it become void by such deprivation, or be void by the death of the said John Stoch or of Odo Michacgan, or by the resignation of Thady Yhaulx (rectius Yhanly), priest, of the said diocese, or in any other way; and notwithstanding that he was lately received by authority of the ordinary as a canon of Tuam. Mandate to collate and assign to Maurice Omolmocary, clerk, of the diocese of Kilmore (Triburnien.), lately dispensed by authority of the ordinary, as the son of unmarried parents, to be promoted to minor orders and hold a benefice without cure, after which he was made a clerk, the rectory of Drummeruely alias Kynnalochan in the said diocese, value not exceeding 10 marks sterling, so long void, by the resignation of Gelacius Ycridgan to Donatus, bishop of Kilmore, that its collation lapsed to the apostolic see; whether it be void as stated, or by the death or resignation of Gelacius Ymolmacary, or in any other way. Collation and provision to him, a priest, of the perpetual vicarage of Symonton in the diocese of Glasgow, value not exceeding 10l. sterling, void at the apostolic see, and therefore reserved, by the death there of James de Camera; notwithstanding that he holds the chapel of St. Nicholas in the city of Glasgow, without cure, value not exceeding 4l. sterling. Vite etc.
