To the official of Dublin. Mandate to collate and assign to Robert Sutton, rector of Slane in the diocese of Meath, if found fit, the canonry and prebend of Howthe in Dublin, value not exceeding 80 marks, which he obtained by collation and provision of archbishop Thomas, by his ordinary authority, upon their voidance by Richard Prenteys obtaining, also by authority of the ordinary, another canonry of Dublin and the prebend of Swords (de Swerdis); whether the said canonry and prebend be void as above or otherwise, or have lapsed or been specially reserved, etc.; notwithstanding that Robert holds the said church, value also not exceeding 80 marks, and that lately to him-who had had papal dispensation to receive and hold for life one other benefice with cure [or otherwise] incompatible with the said church, even if a dignity, major or principal respectively, and elective, personatus or office, with or without cure, in a metropolitan, cathedral or collegiate church, and to resign both, for exchange or otherwise, as often as seemed good to him, after which dispensation he obtained the parish church of St. Mary, Weysford, in the diocese of Ferns, value not exceeding 25 marks, which he still holds together with Slane— the pope ordered provision to be made of one or two benefices in the common or several gift of the archbishop of Dublin and the bishop of Meath, even if such one or one of such two had cure, or were a dignity, personatus or office in a metropolitan, cathedral or collegiate church, and such dignity,personatus or office were elective and had cure, provided that such dignity were not major nor principal respectively, even if the second (reliquum) of such benefices were a canonry and prebend of a metropolitan or cathedral church. To the bishop of Arezzo, and John Olucharean and Maurice Macblosgayd, canons of Derry. Mandate to collate and assign to Odo Ocacylti, priest, of the diocese of Derry, the rectory of Tamlachtmacneath in the said diocese, value not exceeding 3 marks, which, on its voidance by the death of John Magrocachan, he obtained by collation and provision of the late John, bishop of Derry, by his ordinary authority, by virtue of which he has obtained it and has held it for more than two years. Odo doubts whether the collation and provision of the said rectory, which, as the pope has learned, is still void, holds good. Vite ac morum. (Pro deo.)

Provision to him, a canon of the Augustinian abbey of St. Mary, Clonfert (de Portupuro), in the diocese of Clonfert, deacon, of the said abbey, value not exceeding 8 marks, with which the abbot and about 8 canons are with difficulty maintained, void by the death of Charles, during whose lifetime it was reserved by the present pope.Inter solicitudines.
