To the abbot of SS. Peter and Paul's de Rathue, in the diocese of Ardfert, the chancellor of Ardfert, and William Ohurille, a canon of Emly. Mandate, at the recent petition of John Pygg, bishop of Ardfert (containing that John Stach, priest, of the diocese of Ardfert, prevents him from receiving the fruits etc. of his episcopal mensa, and has inflicted on him other grave injuries and losses), to summon the said John, hear both sides, and decide what is just, without appeal, causing their decision to be observed by ecclesiastical censure. Humilibus supplicum votis. [1 p.]
