Rehabilitation on account of his having possessed for more than a year, and detained for two years and more but less than three years after the end of the said year, as he still does, without having himself ordained priest, and without dispensation, the rectory of the parish church of Rinbera in the diocese of Ardfert, of the patronage of laymen, to which he was canonically presented and instituted. (18 July, 1458) a certain judge (not here named) to dispense Thady Maccarchy (recte Maccarthy), layman, and Muriuna (recte Muriana) Inymicawlly, of the said bishop's diocese, to marry, notwithstanding that they were related in the fourth degree of kindred and the third and fourth degrees of affinity. Seeing that by reason of the death of the said pope his letters were not drawn up, the pope hereby decrees that they shall hold good from the said date, and that these presents shall suffice as proof thereof, and orders the above bishop to grant the desired dispensation.
