Ground Landlord, Etc.
The freehold is the property of Christ's Hospital. The premises are occupied by the Mountjoy Estates, Ltd.
General Description.
The interior is uninteresting, with the exception of the rooms on the first floor, where the door of the front room has carved oak panels and the back room (Plate 81) has an "Adam" ceiling with a series of painted panels.
Condition of Repair.
Good.

The names of the occupiers of this house up to 1840, according to the ratebooks, were as follows:—
