Any Person convicted of robbing any other Person, or robbing in a Dwelling House, any other Person being therein and put in fear, or robbing any Dwelling House in the Day-time, any Person being therein, or aiding, &c. shall lose his Clergy.	3 W. & M. c. 9. §1.1.	311
