Proviso for paving a Highway from Clerkenwell Green to St. John Street.
This Act explained, and in part enforced, 8 & 9 W. III. c. 37. and so much thereof as relates to the Power of making Assessments for repairing Highways repealed, 7 G. III. c. 42. § 57; so much as relates to the paving and cleansing the Streets of London, and to the preventing of Nuisances and Obstructions within the same, repealed 8 G. III. c. 21. §100; which is repealed, 11 G. III. c. 29. § 118.this Act not revived; and so much as relates to Public Sewers, Drains, Vaults and Pavements, repealed 11 G. III. c. 29. § 121.;and as relates to Hay and Straw, repealed 36 G. III. c. 88. § 2.but this Actrecited in 47G. III. Sess. 1. c. vii. § 1.
