No. 12.-An account shewing the Amount of all advances made at the several Presidencies and Settlements in India, for the Purposes of Commerce, in so far as regards the Purchase of Investments for Europe, from the Year 1809-10 to 1813-14 inclusive; shewing the Amount applied to the Purchase of Investment in China, and distinguishing the Amount issued in Repayment of Territorial Charges defrayed in England from the Amount issued from Commercial Funds.
