To the prior of Iniscronan in the diocese of Killaloe (Laonien.), the treasurer of Killaloe, and Maurice Oberyn, canon of the same. Mandate to collate and assign to Odo Maconmarra, priest, of the diocese of Killaloe, who is by both parents of noble birth, the rectory of Cloymlaen (?) in the said diocese, of lay patronage and value 14 marks sterling, so long void that its collation has lapsed to the apostolic see, although John Mathei, also Maconmarra, clerk, of the said diocese, of noble birth, who is to be summoned and removed, has for between one and two years detained possession under pretext of a presentation made to Matthew, bishop of Killaloe, by the patrons when he was in or about his fourteenth year, and an institution by the said bishop, without his having a dispensation, and without any other title or right. Mandate to collate and assign to Eugenius Osullewayn, (fn. 1) perpetual vicar of Dressean alias Klinde (?) (fn. 2) in the diocese of Ardfert, who is of noble birth, the perpetual vicarage of Agalasmaschala (fn. 3) in the diocese of Cork, and the treasurership of Cork, a non-major dignity with cure, value 10 and 8 marks sterling respectively, so long void that the collation of them has lapsed to the apostolic see, although Maurice Occwinin and Donatus Omurwrhu, clerks, who are to be summoned and removed, have respectively detained them for several years without any canonical title. He is hereby dispensed to receive and retain for life the said three benefices, or three other benefices with cure, and to resign or exchange, etc. Nobilitas etc. (Gratis de mandato sanctissimi domini nostri pape.
