To Thomas Russell, dean of Lismore. Collation and provision of the said deanery, a major elective dignity with cure, value 30 marks sterling, void at the apostolic see, and therefore ipso facto reserved to the pope's gift, by the resignation of Gerald de Geraldinis, made this day to the pope by his proctor, Nicholas, bishop of Lismore; notwithstanding that he holds the perpetual vicarage of the parish church [of] Wngarwam (recte de Dungarwan) in the diocese of Lismore, value 20 marks sterling, which he is hereby dispensed to retain with the said deanery for life. Vite etc.

To Meanalaus, [bishop] elect of Raphoe. Provision to him, dean of Raphoe, in priest's orders and of lawful age, of the said church, void by the death without the Roman court of bishop John, during whose lifetime it was specially reserved by the present pope; with concurrent mandate hereby to the archbishop of Armagh, to the chapter and to the vassals of the said church, and to the clergy and to the people of the city and diocese.
