to clear to Dec. 31 last the Forces commanded forthwith for Flanders, viz. the Second Troop of Guards and Grenadiers and the Dutch Troop of Guards ;
to clear to the same time Major General Mackay and Quarter Master General Sgravemore for what is due to them on the English establishment, they being commanded forthwith for Ireland ;
to clear the Forces in Flanders to the same time, together with what is ordered them for carts and medicaments for the ensuing campaign ;
to clear the English and Dutch General [or Staff] officers to the same time ;
to clear the First and Third Troop of Guards to the same time, taking care in so doing to deduct what they receive or owe in quarters in Ireland ;
to clear the two Regiments of English Foot Guards to the same time ;
to clear the Regiments of Horse of [Visct.] Colchester, Col. Godfrey, Sgravemore and Zuylestein to the same time ;
to clear the two Regiments of Dragoons of [Visct.] Fitz-hardinge and [Sir Thomas] Levingston to the same time ;

At the time of the abdication of James II Mr. James Grahme was entrusted with the said King's several stocks or shares in the East India and [Royal] Africa Companies, divers of which said shares have since been transferred or assigned by said Grahme to several persons. Mr. Craven Howard has entered into several bonds for payment of 1,964l. 9s. 0d. to their [present] Majesties at four quarterly payments, which his Majesty has been pleased to accept as the balance of the account of the said Grahme of the moneys received by him for the said transferred shares. The Treasury Lords desire you to take notice that the said bonds were given for the said balance of said Graham's account of shares so transferred, and that when the untransferred shares shall be secured to their Majesties by decree the said Grahme is not to be prosecuted upon account of any of the shares with which he was entrusted as above.
