Mandate to collate and assign to John Macgillamartain, clerk, of the diocese of Clogher, who is in or about his nineteenth year, if found fit, the rectory of St. Ronan's, Achadlurchair, in the said diocese, of the patronage of laymen and value not exceeding 6 marks, so long void (because Maurice Macguyr, sometime archdeacon of Clogher, obtained, when holding the said rectory, the said archdeaconry, a dignity, and held them together for more than a year without dispensation) that its collation has by the Lateran statutes lapsed to the apostolic see. John is hereby dispensed, on account of his defect of age, to hold the rectory. Dignum [arbitramur].

Mandate to collate and assign to John Omigaid alias Alteriusnacionis, scholar, of the diocese of Meath, who has studied canon law for five years, after he has, as he desires, been made a clerk, the rectory of Cluainfada in the said diocese, value not exceeding 4 marks to a non-resident, void by the death of Richard Ochallam; notwithstanding that the pope has recently [below, f. 168] ordered provision to be made to John of the rectory of Newtown (Villenove) de Feartulach in the said diocese, value not exceeding 6 marks to a non-resident. He is hereby dispensed to hold the said two rectories together for two years, during which time he is to exchange one of them for a benefice compatible with the remaining one; if not, he is to resign that rectory which he obtains first. Collation and provision of the rectory, without cure and value not exceeding 3 marks, of the parish church of Killnamonag in the diocese of Killaloe, which church has two rectors, one only of them having the cure of souls, void, and therefore reserved, by the present pope's promotion of John Ograda, bishop, [now] of Elphin, then of Kilmacduagh (Duacen.), to the latter see, and by his consecration which has taken place, under the pope's mandate, at the apostolic see; notwithstanding that Laurence holds also the rectory with cure of the said church, which is compatible with the rectory without cure, and whose value does not exceed 4 marks.
