(fn. 2)	To patriarchs, archbishops etc., abbots, etc., and ecclesiastics, secular or regular, dukes, barons, etc. Requesting safe-conduct, during the pope's pleasure, for Anthony [Corrarius], bishop of Modoni (or Methone, Motonen.) [in Greece], the pope's nephew, [and] William [Dallavigna], bishop of Todi (Tudertin.), the pope's treasurers and referendaries, and Anthony de Butrio, doctor of canon and civil law, of Bologna, whom the pope is sending [Raynaldi, Annales, anno 1407, §3] as nuncios to the realm of France and a number of realms and other parts for the extirpation of the Schism. Mandate to assign, from the moneys received or to be received by him for the camera, 4,000 gold florins of the camera to Nicholas de Riciis, sometime banker (depositarius) of the moneys of the camera, or to members of the company of the Ricii, merchants of Florence. Monition and precept, under pain of deprivation, to all prelates who have not paid to the camera and the college of cardinals their common and minute services, and who have thereby lain under ecclesiastical censure for a year and more, to do so in full, Italians before SS. Peter and Paul's, ultramontanes before All Saints', English, Irish, Greeks and those more remote before Christmas next, and to seek and obtain absolution: otherwise the pope will proceed against them, without further summons, as suspect of heresy. In order that the present decree may come to the knowledge of all, the pope will cause it to be posted on the doors of the basilica of St. Peter and of the pope's palace at the said basilica. 4 Id. March. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 299d.)	To John Foxe, canon of Dublin, collector to the camera in Ireland. Precept, under pain of excommunication—he having neglected to observe the custom of the camera and the letters of his appointment, by which he ought to send in his accounts yearly—to send within a fortnight from the receipt of these presents his accounts, together with all money received by him as collector. Precept and mandate, under pain of excommunication, as soon as he has, in accordance with the letters of his appointment, examined the accounts of his predecessors, to send them to the camera, together with the money received by him as collector. Dec. 31. (f. 355.)	John Berynton and Agnes [daughter] of Hugh de Sondbache, man and wife, of the diocese of Lichfield, made an agreement in the papal camera with respect to their marriage, knowingly and publicly contracted in the fourth degree, for eight florins of the camera. (An isolated parchment folio, containing on the recto eleven foreign entries like the above, belonging to the year 1407, and on the dorso ten brief notes of sums relating to vicariates of papal lands, cities, castles, etc.)

1406. July 15. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 425.)	Acquittance by Leonard, [bishop] elect of Fermo (Firman.), the pope's chamberlain, to Philip, bishop of Lincoln, for 625 gold florins of the camera as the complement of the final payment of his four minute services in which he was bound to the camera and which were due on behalf of the members of the pope's household and his officers. The payment has been made this day to the camera by Peter Bardelle, merchant of Florence, and the acquittance is sealed with the seal which the said chamberlain used when bishop of Ascoli (Esculan.) Univ. et singulis etc. Universitati vestre notum facimus per presentes quod etc. Datum Rome apud Sanctum Petrum anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo sexto, indictione xiiii, die quintadecima mensis Julii, pontificatus … Innocencii … pape septimi anno secundo. [One of five letters, with which the volume ends, of Leonard, bishop elect of Fermo, chamberlain of Innocent VII.]
