Mandate to remove Patrick Oberghe, and to collate and assign to Richard Wyit, perpetual vicar of Rathronan, in the diocese of Lismore, the perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 7 marks, of Downachmore, in the same diocese, so long void by the death of John Oberghe that its collation has by the Lateran statutes lapsed to the apostolic see; notwithstanding that Richard holds the said vicarage of Bathronan (sic), value not exceeding 5 marks. He is hereby dispensed to hold for life Downachmore or other benefice with cure together with Rathronan, and to exchange it for another incompatible benefice. Vite ac morum.

Collation and provision to him, who is an abbreviator of apostolic letters, of the church of Denforde, in the diocese of Lincoln, value not exceeding 100 marks, void at the apostolic see and reserved by the resignation, freely made there to the pope, of John Scardeburgh; even if (in addition to the usual clauses) litigation is pending thereabout in the apostolic palace or elsewhere; and notwithstanding that he is litigating in the said palace about the parish churches of Welbery and Reymerstoyn (sic), in the dioceses of York and Norwich, that he has recently had provision by papal authority of a canonry and prebend of Norton, in the diocese of Durham, the value of all which does not exceed 100 marks, and that the pope has lately granted him provision of canonries of Beverley, Southwell, and Ripon, with expectation of prebends. Upon obtaining Denforde, he is to resign Welbery and Reymerston or his right thereto. Vite etc.

Mandate to receive the resignation which Andrew Macbrechim proposes to make of his perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 4½ marks, of Astara in the diocese of Achonry (Achaden.), and to collate and assign it to his son Andrew Macbrechim, clerk, of the said diocese, who has had papal dispensation as the son of a priest to be promoted to all, [even] holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure. Andrew is hereby dispensed to receive and hold the vicarage, notwithstanding his said illegitimacy and the fact that his father has held it, and the bishop is to see that in such resignation there be no simony or abuse (corruptela). He is hereby dispensed to hold for five years such, or other benefice with cure, together with his said church.
