The freehold is a portion of the Stainton estate.

General description.

This is a terrace of three-storey premises in brick, with interesting treatment to the ground-floor storey, the end windows having central bays of slight projection, whilst the middle windows, with the two entrance doors, are grouped under a continuous frieze and cornice. The external shutters are characteristic of the 18th century, and would afford protection or privacy as required. The interiors are plain 2nd some have been stripped and left bare as required for cabinet workshops.

Condition of repair.

Good.
