Ground landlord leaseholder, etc.
The freehold belongs to the Trustees of the late S. G. L. Terry, and the house is in the occupation of Messrs. Samuel Terry and Son.
General description of structure.
These premises consist of four storeys and basement. The elevation is of brick, with window-frames flush with the wall, fitted with internal shutters. Some of the rooms have moulded deal cornices enriched with modillions and dentils, while the staircase has turned balusters. The premises are used as marble-finishing works.
Condition of repair.
Fair.
