Prinn versus Howe, in Error.
The House having heard Counsel, according to the Order of the Day, in relation to the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein John Prinn is Plaintiff, and John Howe Esquire Defendant:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Monday next, at Twelve a Clock, this House will take into Consideration what hath been offered thereupon; and no other Business to intervene; and all the Lords summoned.
Adjourn.
