E. Kildare, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of John Earl of Kildare, Richard Lord Bellew and his Lady, and others; shewing, "That the (fn. 1) Petitioners and others are come to an Agreement, touching several Matters in certain Articles contained;" and praying "An Act of Parliament, for perfecting the said Agreement:"

Prinn versus Howe, in Error.

Whereas the First Day of meeting of this House after the Recess now at Hand was appointed, for hearing the Errors argued upon the Writ of Error now depending in this House, wherein John Prinn is Plaintiff, and John How Esquire is Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued, by Counsel, at the Bar of this House, on Monday the Fifteenth Day of January next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Fownes & al. versus D'Oyly & al.

Whereas this Day being appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein Richard Fownes and others are Appellants, and Sir John D'oyly and others are Respondents:

A Debate arising at the Bar, touching the reading the Copies of Two Letters said to be lost; the Counsel withdrew; and, after some Time, were called in, and told, by Order of the House, "That the Copies are not to be read:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed to the further Hearing of the said Cause on Monday the Eighth Day of January next, at Eleven a Clock.
