Strode versus Adderley.
Upon reading the Petition of Edward Strode; praying, "That all the Deeds which were produced at the Hearing of his Cause in the Exchequer, may be produced according to the Proofs made thereof in the Original Cause; although they are not taken Notice of in the Deputy's Minutes to have been read at the Hearing; and that the Respondents do produce the Original Decree made in the said Cause:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Deeds which were produced or read in the Court below shall be produced at the Hearing of the Cause in this House, as also the Original Decree.
Horner versus Hyliard.
Upon reading the Petition of George Horner; praying, "That Wm. Swift may enter into Recognizance for him, upon his Appeal depending in this House, he being sick in the Country:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said William Swift may enter into Recognizance, as desired.

Orders for preventing Irregulaties in the House when the Queen is present:
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Committee for Privileges sat.
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Rochester reported from the said Committee, "That their Lordships having been attended by Sir Christopher Wren, Her Majesty's Surveyor General, with Plans for the better Conveniency of such Persons as shall be admitted into the House at such Times as Her Majesty shall be present:"
"Their Lordships came to the Resolutions following, which they offer to the Consideration of the House; (videlicet,)
"That the Order, made the Three and Twentieth of April One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, which directs that no Person shall be present in the House, when the Queen is on the Throne, but such as have a Right to be there, and such others as Her Majesty shall appoint to attend Her on the Throne, be renewed.
"That Four Benches be made within the House, as soon as may be, according to the Proposal made by Mr. Surveyor; and that he takes Notice thereof, as from this Day."
To which the House agreed, and ordered as follows; (videlicet,)
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Order, made the Three and Twentieth of April One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, be hereby renewed; (videlicet,)
"That, when Her Majesty is present, all the Lords shall be in their Robes; and that no Person whatsoever (except the necessary Officers attending) shall then be permitted, and such others (fn. 1), to come into this House as Her Majesty shall appoint to attend Her while She is on the Throne.
Gallery to be erected over the Lobby Door.
These Words [for saving the Ld. Great Chamberlain's Right] were added per Ordinem, 12 Martii, 1704.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir Christopher Wren, Her Majesty's Surveyor General, do forthwith take Care, and give Order, for the making a Gallery over the Lobby Door, across the House, with Four Benches, according to the Plan this Day laid before the Committee; and that he takes Notice thereof, for preparing the same as from this Day. [And that the Lord Keeper do acquaint the Lord Great Chamberlain with it, and desire him to issue his Warrant to Sir Christopher Wren for erecting the same.]"
