Golden Star and Bull, to trade as tree Ships, Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act, That the Ships called The Golden-Starr and Bull, being taken as Prizes and condemned, may have the Freedom of trading as English Ships."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Tuesday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Purchase of Irish forfeited Estates, Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enlarge the Time for the Purchasers of the forfeited Estates in Ireland to make the Payments of their Purchase-money."
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Monday next, at Twelve a Clock.
Rowe versus Cockayne.
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Anthony Rowe Esquire, complaining of several Orders or Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, in Cross Causes, between the Appellant and Elizabeth Cockayne, Wife of James Cockayne Esquire; and praying "Relief therein; and that all Proceedings upon the said several Decrees or Orders may be stayed:" As also upon the Answer of the said Elizabeth Cockayne put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Anthony Row shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Orders and Decrees therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.
Adjourn.
