Mandate, on behalf of Andrew de Offord, archdeacon of Middlesex, the heir, Stephen de Brokesbourn, rector of Holingbiren, and Robert de Martin, rector of Neuchirch in the diocese of Canterbury, executors of the will of John, archbishop elect of Canterbury, touching certain buildings in the deanery of Lincoln, then held by the said John, which Simon, the present dean, asserts have suffered from the neglect of the same. Witnesses are to be summoned and the cause committed to discreet persons in those parts.

Mandate to cause to be observed the ordinances of Benedict XII. touching apostates in regard Richard Fraunceys, a brother of St. Mark's, Billewik, by Bristol, who having, without leave, gone to visit certain basilicas of Rome in order to obtain the indulgences of the jubilee year, now desires to be reconciled to his order.
