A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Cooke and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling the Estate late of John and Robert Window Gentlemen, deceased, upon Trustees, to be sold; and the Purchase-money applied to the Uses therein mentioned;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.

Masters of Hoys, Bill.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of the Masters of Hoys and other Vessels carrying Corn, and other Inland Provisions, within the Port of London."

After hearing the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland, and Mr. Roch, at the Bar of this House; who brought a State of the Case, in relation to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Jane Lavallin, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland:"

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and that Mr. Roch and the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend; and that Mr. Roch do then bring with him the Bonds he mentioned this Day at the Bar.
