Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the making Provision for the Protestant Children of the Earl of Clanriccard and the Lord Bophin."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.
Barnewell's Bill.
Then the Amendments made to the Bill, intituled, An Act for the enabling Abraham Barnewell to make a more ample Settlement of his Estate, for the Benefit of his Family; and to charge Part thereof for raising Portions for his Younger Children in his Life-time, and for Payment of his Debts," were read Thrice, and agreed to; and ORDERED, that the Commons have Notice thereof.
E. Carlingford's Bill.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Francis Earl of Carlingford and others, against several Outlawries in the County of Tiperary, in Ireland."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Sir Rowland Gwyn and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of William Lord Viscount Mountjoy, of the Kingdom of Ireland, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."
And also one other Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Robert Edgeworth Esquire, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."
To which said Two Bills they desire the Concurrence of this House.
L. Mountjoy's Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of William Lord Viscount Mountjoy, of the Kingdom of Ireland, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."
Edgeworth's Bill.

Privateers, for Encouragement of, Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Encouragement of Privateers."
ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the said Bill.
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Halifax reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Time may be appointed, for the House to proceed thereon."
ORDERED, That the House be put into a Committee to proceed on the said Bill, on Monday next; and that all the Lords be summoned to attend.
Adjourn.
