Wyndham's Bill.

The Earl of Warrington reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Rebekah Wyndham to sell and dispose of an Estate late Sarah Verdon's, in the County of Norfolke," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Barnwell's Bill.

The Earl of Warrington also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the enabling Abraham Barnewell to make a more ample Settlement of his Estate, for the Benefit of his Family; and to charge Part thereof for raising Portions for his Younger Children in his Life-time, and for Payment of his Debts," as fit to pass, with several Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Suffolk Place, Bill:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better Improvement of Suffolke-place, in the Borough of Southwark, in the County of Surrey."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for reviving the Act, intituled, An Act for exempting Apothecaries from serving the Offices of Constable, Scavenger, and other Public and Ward-Offices, and from serving upon Juries;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the said Bill.

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Sir William Meredith Baronet to sell Part of a Capital Messuage, Lands, and Hereditaments, herein after mentioned, in Ashley, in the County of Chester, he having settled other Lands and Tenements in Lieu thereof;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire their Lordships Concurrence.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing and amending the Act made in the Eighth Year of His late Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act for the settling and adjusting the Proportions of fine Silver and Silk, and for the better making of Gold and Silver Thread, and to prevent the Abuses of the Wiredrawers;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
