Whereas Francis Burhill was lately arrested, at the Suit of Henry Griffith, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, he being owned by the Duke of Bucks to be his Grace's menial Servant, and is now a Prisoner in The Compter of Woodstreat, in London:

Burhill, his Servant, to be released.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Francis Burhill be forthwith, upon Sight of this Order, discharged of his present Imprisonment and Restraint; and this to be a sufficient Warrant in this Behalf.

To the Sheriffs of London and Midd. and to the Keeper of Woodstreat Compter, and his Deputy, and all others whom this may concern.
