Roberts and Bodvile versus Wynn & al.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause between Robert Robertes Esquire, Son and Heir Apparent of John Lord Robertes, and Sarah his Wife, sole Daughter and Heir of John Bodvile Esquire deceased, and Charles Bodvile Robertes an Infant, Second Son of the said Robert and Sarah, Plaintiffs, and Thomas Wynn, Tymothy Pollard, Thomas Pugh, Edward Griffith, and others, Defendants, which should have been heard on the 21th of this Month, is put off, to be peremptorily heard at this Bar To-morrow Sevennight, which will be the 28th of this Instant April, upon the Complainants Petition and the Order of Chancery thereunto annexed.

Standing Orders newly engrossed.

Upon Report made this Day from the Committee of Privileges, "That they having caused the Roll of the Standing Orders of the House of Peers to be new engrossed, in regard the old Roll was worn out; and the Committee having examined the same, do conceive it fit that the new engrossed Roll might be used, and the other laid up with the Records remaining with the Clerk of the Parliaments:"

It is ORDERED, That this Business is put off until Wednesday next the 27th of this Instant April; and then to be taken into further Consideration.
