Gilbert de Mussald, priest, bachelor of canon law, and official of Glasgow, a canonry of Dunkeld, with expectation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he has the vicarage of Dumfries.
Patrick de Huyston, a benefice in the diocese of Glasgow, notwithstanding that he expects a prebend of Dunkeld, and is litigating about a canonry and prebend of Glasgow, and has the church of Colbanter, in that diocese, also a dispensation to hold the said benefices, and exchange one of them.

David de Malbarston, priest. In the time of Clement VII. he studied canon law for three and a half years at Avignon, and does so now, although at the time of Benedict's consecration, when the roll of the university was made, he was not a student; he therefore prays for a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent of Kelso, value 40l. with cure of souls, or 35l. without, notwithstanding that he has the perpetual vicarage of Malcaroston (sic), which he is ready to resign.
