PRAYERS.

Bill for confirming Two Acts.

Hyde et al. Nat. Bill.

Whereas the Bill, intituled, "An Act for confirming Two Acts, therein mentioned, "was sent to the House of Commons for their Concurrence; which Bill they returned with an Addition, to confirm another Act of a different Nature, intituled, "An Act for the naturalizing of Francis Hyde and others:" The Lords, conceiving that this Addition might prejudice and retard the Bill, were of Opinion, That the Bill of Naturalization should be passed by a particular Bill, and the other pass alone as it was sent to the House of Commons.

Bill for restoring Advowsons, &c. taken away upon Compositions.

The Lord Mohun reported, "That the Committee had considered of the Bill for restoring Impropriations to some of the King's loyal Subjects with certain Alterations and Provisos, which were offered to the Consideration of the House."

The said Alterations and Provisos, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the restoring of all such Advowsons, Rectories Impropriate, Glehe Lands, and Tithes, to His Majesty's loyal Subjects, as were taken from them upon their Compositions for Delinquency by the late usurped Powers."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Alterations, Amendments, and Proviso, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H.C. with Bills.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewin and Sir Toby Woolridge:

To return them Two Bills, wherein their Lordships have made some Alterations and Amendments, and desire their Concurrence therein:

1. The Bill concerning the Northern Borders.

2. The Bill for restoring Advowsons and Impropriations to the King's loyal Subjects as had them taken from them.

3 To let them know, that the Lords do agree with them in the Alterations, Amendments, and Provisos, in the Bill concerning Uniformity.

Sheriffs Accompts Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning the Sheriffs shall meet To-morrow Morning.

ORDERED, That the Report of the Bill for repairing the Common Highways shall be made To-morrow Morning, the First Business.

Building at the Bottom of St. Martin's Lane.

ORDERED, That the Owner of the Ground, or he, or she, that now causeth a House to be erecting thereon, at the End of St. Martine's Lane, in The Strand, shall appear before the Lords in Parliament To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock to answer such Things as shall be objected against them, or either of them: And herein they may not fail.
