The Earl of Portland reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for naturalizing Charlotte Hessen, Wife of Thomas Killegrewe, and his Three Sons; and do think it fit to pass, with some Alterations."
Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed, with the said Alterations.
E. of Winchelsea's Bill.
The Earl of Bridgwater reported the Bill concerning the Earl of Winchilsea and the Lord Delamer, as fit to pass, with some Alterations.

Butter Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for reforming of Abuses committed in the Weight and false Packing up of Butter."
Bill to prevent the Importation of Bone Lace, &c.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for prohibiting the Importation of Foreign Bone Lace, Cutwork, Embroidery, Fringe, Band-strings, Buttons, and Needlework."
Bill for Uniformity of Worship.
This Day being appointed to consider further of the Act of Uniformity; the Lord Bishop of Worcester offered to the Consideration of this House an Explanation, in a Paper, of the Vote of this House on Saturday last, concerning the Words in the Act of Uniformity, which declared against the solemn League and Covenant; which he first opened, and afterwards, by Permission of the House, read the same: Which afterwards the House commanded to be read by the Clerk:
And, after Debate thereof the Question being put, "Whether that the Proceeding of the Debate of this Paper, thus brought in, be against the Orders of this House?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.
ORDERED, That this House will take into Debate this Paper To-morrow Morning.
Memorandum, That, before the putting of the aforesaid Question, these Lords whose Names are subscribed desired Leave to enter their Dissents, if the Question was carried in the Negative.
Crouch versus Atkinson, in Error.
Whereas, by the Order of this House of the 24th of March last, Counsel was appointed this Day to argue the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Crouch is Plaintiff and Atkinson is Defendant, at which Time the Judgement given in the King's Bench was to be affirmed, and the Record remitted, if the Plaintiff in the said Writ should not then shew good Cause to the contrary; in Pursuance whereof, the Counsel for the Defendant was ready at this Bar, and prayed to have the Record remitted; but the Plaintiff not appearing, nor no Counsel on his Behalf:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Record is hereby remitted, and the Judgement affirmed, that so the Defendant in the said Writ of Error may proceed to take out Execution, according to the Proceedings at Law, whereby he may have the Fruit and Benefit of his said Judgement at Law, the said Writ of Error notwithstanding.
Adjourn.
