Memorandum:
In pursuance of an Act of Parliament made in 20 Charles II for the better payment of money received for the Crown the Collectors above mentioned are chargeable with damages after the rate of 12 per cent. per annum for the respective sums by them received and remaining in their hands on the foot of this accompt: here noted to the end the same may be charged upon them by judgment of the Court of Exchequer pursuant to the said Act and an order of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury dated 1 April 1702 requiring a due execution of the said Act.
