Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for disuniting the Hundreds of Dudston and Kingsbarton from the County of the City of Gloucester, and restoring them to be Part of the County of Gloucester."
Mayor, &c of Gloucester, Petition about it.
Likewise a Petition of the Mayor and City of Gloucester was read, desiring to be heard, in Point of Right, before this Bill passes.
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill, together with the Petition, is referred to these Lords following, who are to hear both Parties, and report the same to the House:
Their Lordships, or any Five; to meet on Tuesday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock.
Vanlor versus Bushell.
ORDERED, That the Errors depending in this House, between Vanlore Plaintiff and Bushell Defendant, shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Friday the 14th Day of February next, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning; whereof the Defendant is to have timely Notice: And then both Parties are to attend, with their Counsel, accordingly.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is hereby referred to the Grand Committee of Privileges, to consider, at their next Meeting, how far the Privilege of Parliament extends to a Child of a Peer of this Realm, residing in the Father's House; and how far the Lady Elizabeth Wriothsley, Daughter to the Lord Treasurer, is to have Privilege in this Case; and afterwards to make Report to this House.
