Royal warrant dated St. James's to the Attorney or Solicitor General for a privy seal for a grant to William Borret of the Crown title in 5000 livres, 250 livres and the fourth part of the clear personal estate of James Pigou which belonged to James Baron all in trust to wit as to two thirds thereof to Stephen Bouxin and as to one third thereof to Frances Pigou and her children. Livesay's Regiments towards the charge of levy money and in view of the almost impossibility of recruiting the said Regiments in Jamaica and the great numbers that inevitably became defective by the constant mortality there, which makes the charge of recruiting more heavy upon them than upon any other of her Majesty's Forces.
